“Resistance” at Arc Gallery
“Resistance”, Arc Studio Artists Group Exhibition Opening (Our studios will be open during the reception. I hope you will come by and visit me upstairs in Studio #204).
I will be exhibiting my new work, a series relating to Shinto Arrows and protection. Shinto is a Japanese religion dating from the early 8th century and incorporating the worship of ancestors and nature spirits and a belief in sacred power ( kami ) in both animate and inanimate things. It was the state religion of Japan until 1945.

I am excited to announce that I have moved from San Francisco to the East Bay. Temescal is one of the oldest neighborhoods located in North Oakland and centered on Telegraph Ave. I am thrilled and looking forward to making the leap towards some new life changes!
